From October 2019, new legal services costs transparency rules came into force under Part 10 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015. The purpose of Part 10 of the Act is to make legal fees and costs charged by solicitors and barristers more transparent for clients and requires legal practitioners to provide advanced notification of what costs are likely to be incurred for the legal service or advice they require.

Sheridan Quinn LLP aim to set fees that are competitive and reflect the quality and personal services our clients receive.

Depending on the legal matter, Sheridan Quinn LLP charge either an hourly rate or a flat fee by agreement.  We provide our clients with a breakdown of our professional fees together with any anticipated outlays in writing at the commencement of any work.
